Asphalt Producers Service was founded in 1995. We now service the asphalt producers in all of North America. We are very strong on batch plants parts and batch plant components, especially the hard to find/obsolete items. We are a full stocking distributor at our office in southern New Hampshire for Hauck/Honeywell HTS Combustion Systems. Here are a few of our installs for Burners .
This Hauck Megastar MS75 Gas/LP and BCS 7000 will be installed on a 5 ton Simplicity batch plant in Northfield Massachusetts. It replaced a 30 year old Starjet 580 and BCS6000 (which was moved to another location to be re-commissioned) The filed will change from RFO to LP – so this burner was purchased for noise and efficiency reasons. This will be the 3rd Megastar MS75 on Liquid Propane this company has purchased. The burner has been operating for two seasons now. The first season was operating with the BCS7000 and the Starjet, the second season with the BCS7000 and the MS75 together.
A recent Hauck Starjet Burner – this Hauck Starjet SJ360 Oil/Gas and Hauck BCS7000 Burner Control System was installed in Vermont to replace an aging AF40 Burner/Gen III Burner control. This was the 3rd Starjet this company purchased in recent years.
This Hauck StarJet 360 Oil/Gas with BCS7000 was installed in Vermont to replace an AF40/Gen III system.
